Refinance
Sam and his team did an outstanding job completing a refinance on my tricky loan. I had reached out to other brokers prior to Sam who could not make the loan happen, but Sam put in the time and effort research my finances and in the end saved me nearly $700 per month. I got an excellent rate and closed faster than I expected. He pays close attention to detail and keeps working when others give up. Sam went over & beyond our expectations! I was recommended to Sam for my first home purchasing and they sent me to the perfect person!
